J.Michael Kollie Jr. and Family Foundation Inc. (doing business as ‘JMK Foundation’) is a nonprofit organization serving underserved communities locally and globally. We collect very little. We protect everything. We share nothing with strangers.
This policy explains what information we gather from you. It also explains how we use that information. And most importantly, how we keep it safe.
Your trust is our greatest asset. We do not break trust for money. We do not break trust for convenience. We do not break trust ever.
By using our website or donating to our foundation, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully.
We collect two types of information. Personal information and non-personal information.
We collect personal information only when you give it to us. That happens when you donate. Or when you sign up for our newsletter. Or when you apply for assistance. Or when you contact us directly.
We collect non-personal information automatically through cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly after that.
We use your information for five specific purposes.
We never use your data for anything else. No hidden agendas. No fine print tricks.
We do not sell your personal information. We never have. We never will.
We do share your information in very limited situations.
We never share your information with advertisers. We never share with political groups. We never share with random third parties.
You have real control over your information.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at: [info@example.com]
We do not charge a fee for these requests. One request per person please.
We use industry-standard security measures. Our website has SSL encryption. That means your data travels safely between your browser and our server.
Donation pages are hosted by trusted payment companies. They are audited regularly for security. Your credit card information never touches our own computers.
Our team members receive privacy training. Only authorized people can access donor data. Everyone signs confidentiality agreements.
No system is one hundred percent secure. But we work hard to keep your data safe. We update our security practices regularly.
Our website is not for children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us. We will delete it immediately.
We serve communities in the United States and abroad. If you visit our website from another country, your data transfers to the US. US privacy laws may differ from your country. By using our site, you consent to this transfer.
We respect GDPR rights for European visitors. You have the right to access and delete your data. Email us for help.
We may update this privacy policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page. The “Last Updated” date will change. Please check back once in a while.
